• Please arrive at the Spa 15 minutes prior to your given arrival time to allow time to be shown around the spa and to get changed
• Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival
• Robes, towels and slippers are provided to all guests on this package, which are to be returned after your session ends
• Please bring £1 for your locker or a trolley token

Please arrive at the Spa in good time prior to your first session. If you have lunch or afternoon tea booked prior , please come to the main hotel reception. Please note the following;

• Residents are welcome to charge spa packages/treatments/thermal journey to their room account providing checkout is not on the same day.

• Non-resident bookings are payable on booking.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Residents must cancel the hotel directly following booking terms and conditions to the main hotel and any spa treatments with the hotel spa reception.

• Robes, towels and slippers are provided to all guests using our Thermal Journey or on a package, which are to be returned after your session ends. They are not provided for singular treatment bookings.
