For your own comfort and relaxation, please note the following;

• Please ensure makeup and jewellery is removed prior to treatment
• Please switch mobile phones off or onto silent
• Please arrive at the Spa 15 minutes prior to your given arrival time to allow time to complete a medical consultation form, to be shown around the spa and to get changed
• Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival - Unfortunately we are unable to offer treatments to cancer patients who are undergoing current medical treatment

Advisory Medical Information The age limit for treatments is 18 years old for treatments, and 16 years old to use the spa facilities. In order for us to advise you on the correct treatments, could you please advise us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your treatment options at the time of booking eg. heart conditions, recent surgery, diabetes. If you are pregnant please let us know, as there are some treatments that are best avoided during these times and also use of the spa is restricted.

PLEASE NOTE WHEN BOOKING PACKAGES THE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY OFFER YOU 10AM ARRIVAL TIME. HOWEVER, YOUR ARRIVAL TIME WILL BE CONFIRMED BY THE SPA ACCORDING TO THE AVAILBILITY ON THE DAY FOR TREATMENTS AND THE THERMAL JOURNEY. YOU WILL BE SENT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO CONFIRM THESE TIMES.

Please arrive at the Spa in good time prior to your first session. If you have lunch or afternoon tea booked prior , please come to the main hotel reception. Please note the following;

• Residents are welcome to charge spa packages/treatments/thermal journey to their room account providing checkout is not on the same day.

• Non-resident bookings are payable on booking.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Residents must cancel the hotel directly following booking terms and conditions to the main hotel and any spa treatments with the hotel spa reception.

• Robes, towels and slippers are provided to all guests using our Thermal Journey or on a package, which are to be returned after your session ends. They are not provided for singular treatment bookings.
