1) If facial wax, please remove makeup prior to treatment 2) Please switch mobile phones off or on silent 3) Robes, towels and slippers will be provided as part of a Spa Package, they will not be provided if your treatment is a single appointment. 4) Medical consultation must be correctly completed prior to treatment 5) Retinoids must not be used when receiving a wax treatment

PLEASE NOTE WHEN BOOKING PACKAGES THE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY OFFER YOU 10AM ARRIVAL TIME. HOWEVER, YOUR ARRIVAL TIME WILL BE CONFIRMED BY THE SPA ACCORDING TO THE AVAILBILITY ON THE DAY FOR TREATMENTS AND THE THERMAL JOURNEY. YOU WILL BE SENT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO CONFIRM THESE TIMES.

Please arrive at the Spa in good time prior to your first session. If you have lunch or afternoon tea booked prior , please come to the main hotel reception. Please note the following;

• Residents are welcome to charge spa packages/treatments/thermal journey to their room account providing checkout is not on the same day.

• Non-resident bookings are payable on booking.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Residents must cancel the hotel directly following booking terms and conditions to the main hotel and any spa treatments with the hotel spa reception.

• Robes, towels and slippers are provided to all guests using our Thermal Journey or on a package, which are to be returned after your session ends. They are not provided for singular treatment bookings.
